Greco is one of the rare white wines to have a great aging potential. This ancient and prestigious vine was brought in the province of Avellino by Pelasgians from Thessaly in Greece, in the first century BC.

Region: Campania, Italy.

Grapes: 100% Greco.

Vineyard: Located in Tufo and Petruro estates

Soil: Chalky-clay.

Vinification: Grapes are crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 20 days.

Aging: A couple of months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color. Intense and complex fruity scents of citrus, peach, pineapple, apricot and lime. Fresh, mineral, structured and persistent taste, with an intense aftertaste of cedar.

Pairings: Seafood, shellfish, risottos, white meat.

Serving temperature: 12˚C/53˚F.
