Created from Organic Direct Trade Trinitario type cacao beans from the Kokoa Kamili Cooperative. The cooperative works with approximately 1,500 small shareholder farmers in an area bordering the Udzungwa Mountains National Park in Tanzania.
Tasting Notes: A very bright chocolate with notes of raspberry, cranberry and a tinge of lime. Bitterness and astringency are low but with fully balanced citrus acidity.
