Tasting Notes: Bone-dry and energetic, with flavors of crunchy green apple, Asian pear, lemon pith, and verbena. Aromas of elderflower, struck stone, pink grapefruit, and white peach. The palate is juicy and vibrant, finishing with lingering lime pith and a saline edge.
